The name of Ms. Achimugu had already come up in publications about Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State.

Sanwo-Olu reportedly used a private jet and stayed at one of the most opulent resorts in the world, according to Premium Times. Some government officials did not know where he was during his absence; some said he was abroad, while others suggested he was on an important trip to London.
