Top 10 Nigerian Universities Accepting Low JAMB Scores in 2025

In an attempt to get into the university of their dreams, thousands of Nigerian students take the JAMB exam each year. Not everyone, however, receives high scores. If your score was less than 180 or even 160, don’t freak out. There’s still a chance.
Federal, state, and private universities with cut-off scores of 150 and even 140 are among the many that accommodate low JAMB scores. Ten universities are listed in this article that you can still apply to even if your JAMB score isn’t as good as you had hoped.
1. BASUG, or Bauchi State University, Gadau

6. The Plateau State University in Bokkos
