The schedule, which was signed by Sulaiman Argungu, the party’s national organizing secretary, and made public on Monday, states that candidates for Senate seats will pay a total of ₦20 million, while those running for House of Representatives seats will pay ₦10 million.
For the Senate, the Nomination Form costs ₦17 million, while the Expression of Interest Form costs ₦3 million.

Candidates for the House of Representatives must pay ₦9 million for the Nomination Form and ₦1 million for the Expression of Interest.

The entire cost if you want to run for the State House of Assembly is ₦2 million, which includes ₦1.5 million for nomination and ₦500,000 for expression of interest.
Women and those with disabilities will simply need to purchase the Expression of Interest Form, according to the APC. The Nomination Form will be given to them at no cost.

Additionally, young people aged 25 to 40 will receive a 50% reduction in the cost of the nomination form.

In order to cast a ballot in the party primaries, delegates must be financially enrolled and have paid at least three months’ worth of dues, which is ₦200 per month. The cost of the delegate forms is ₦5,000.

Argungu also reminded members that the only people who can vote or run for office are those whose names are on the membership record and who have paid their dues for at least a year until July 2025.
