Dele Momodu, a seasoned journalist and publisher of Ovation Magazine, has challenged Nyesom Wike, the FCT’s minister, to switch to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Momodu suggested that Wike would rather rule in hell than serve in heaven during an appearance on Arise News.
He attributed the PDP’s protracted internal issue to Wike’s resentment at losing the 2023 vice presidential ticket.
Now that the party’s governors have no more influence, Momodu raged, Wike may trash them as he wants without repercussions.

He asserted that “Today’s PDP governors are helpless.” Wike will attack them and make fun of them there. They’re unable to speak. I’ve heard that Damagum is now claiming that he will court them since that folks have left. In another report, he claimed that they will be sanctioned.
Since they’ve already departed, you can’t woo them or censure them. They are not children. Two years were spent pleading. Wike’s inability to win the vice presidential election has left him inconsolable. It’s what I always say when I talk about him. The good person is attempting to build infrastructure, but you can’t overlook this rage?
Momodu added, “I dare him to join APC tomorrow,” since Wike would prefer to remain in the PDP rather than join the APC in order to maintain his position of authority. Inform him that he can join APC if he has the courage. When you’re ready to join us, we’ll welcome you, the president informed him the other day. He’s not able. Because, in his opinion, ruling in hell is preferable to serving in heaven.
