Rapper Odumodublvck Says FCT Minister Wike Has Music Star Potential

Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, a Nigerian rapper better known by his stage name Odumodublvck, has hinted that Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, might cause a stir in the music industry if he ever decided to change occupations.
Over the weekend, the hip-hop artist reportedly made this revelation in a tweet.

He claimed that he was drawn to something special in Wike’s voice.

My dream is that Wike performs music. There’s a sound in his voice. He added on his X account, “I’m not pretending.”

While serving as Rivers State’s governor from 2015 until 2023, Nyesom Wike made headlines for his frequent live music band performances.

After he was appointed Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, he relocated the band to Abuja, where they have been performing at government functions ever since.

When the collector road between Mabushi and the Judges’ Quarters in Katampe was recently put into service, Wike made a public commitment to increase the band members’ pay.

Omah Lay, a.k.a. Stanley Omah Didia, is an Afrobeats singer who has proclaimed himself the best performer of his generation.

This was disclosed by the musician, who was born in Rivers, on Thursday night in a tweet on X (previously Twitter).

The vocalist of “Soso” claimed that even if he doesn’t now have any proof, his future effort would.

“HI GUYS!” he wrote. Although I don’t currently have any proof, I will have plenty in the future. My name is Omah Lay, and I am the best of my generation. THANK YOU. Honestly, boy alone, yours.
