Lack of Legal Awareness Destroying Nigeria – Nnamdi Kanu Laments in Court

According to reports, on Monday, Justice Binta Nyako of a Federal High Court in Abuja adjourned Kanu’s case indefinitely.
The leader of IPOB asserted that Justice Nyako should not sit through a case in which she had excused herself.
In response to the lawsuit being postponed, Kanu stated that he is entitled to advocate for Biafra. He wondered why the charges in his case were changing.
He went on to say that Justice Nyako should have done what Nigerian law asked of her.

“Listen, these are Nigerian laws,” he said. The fact is that this court and the prosecution are ignorant of the law. Nigeria is being killed by a lack of legal information. They lack a thorough understanding of the law. According to a federal statute published in Nigeria, the country’s chief judge is not allowed to give Binta Nyako instructions. It’s here.
