‘My Father Was Involved in Occultism, I’m Not Part of the Olunloyo Family’ – Kemi Olunloyo Rejects Condolences for Her Father’s Death

Following her father’s death on Sunday, April 6, Kemi Olunloyo, the daughter of the late former governor of Oyo State, Dr. Victor Omololu Olunloyo, has publicly declared that she is not taking condolences.
According to reports, the social media star expressed her position on Facebook on Wednesday, disclosing private incidents that she says had an impact on her family before to her father’s passing.
“I’m not condoling with anyone, thus I’m not taking condolences from anyone. You should visit Facebook.com/omololuolunloyo to offer your condolences to my father’s family on his passing,” she stated.

Kemi proceeded to air her frustrations, claiming, “You don’t know what’s going on in my family and I don’t know what’s going on in your family,” even though she had said she had forgiven her father, adding, “I have forgiven my Dad for everything he did.”

Victor Omololu Olunloyo, my father, is a multifaceted individual. To the public, he was one guy, but to the family, he was another. My father tormented us as children and ruined our family. He subjected us to both physical and emotional agony. “My father destroyed the family,” Kemi said.

She went on to describe her sense of betrayal, pointing out that despite her father’s public portrayal of her as his “favourite daughter,” she felt anything but. “My father took advantage of me in many ways. For all of us, my father did a lot. He exploited my positive energy when I stated he used me,” she added.

According to Kemi, “My father was heavily into ‘juju.'” She also talked about her father’s involvement in occult rituals. On his 80th birthday, I confronted my father about his involvement in occult practices. He told Pastor (EA) Adeboye that he wanted to be born again after I called him out, and he did.

She added that her father’s marriage to Ronke Sonaike, who subsequently changed his name to Aderonke Olunloyo, was the catalyst for the family’s problems. According to Kemi, Ronke’s pregnancy with her father’s child disturbed her mother, which exacerbated the family’s strife.

“My mother married a scholar who earned his Ph.D. at the age of 26. He also became polygamous. “The way it happened to my family, not that polygamists are bad,” Kemi remarked.

She also related unsettling recollections of the conflict that resulted from Ronke joining the family. “My father began a variety of occult activities when Ronke joined our family. It’s too lengthy. It hurts too much,” she said.

Kemi also said that her mother was hospitalized after her stepmother tried to poison her. In reference to an incident in which her mother allegedly placed a tiny casket beneath the bed of Ronke’s kid Olumide, she recalled, “Ronke said it’s my mom that put it there.”

Kemi ended by saying she didn’t communicate with her stepmother and that her older sister said, “After the stroke in 2021, nobody had access to Daddy towards the end of his life.” Ronke refused to allow anyone access, thus they were unable to speak with Daddy over the phone.
