An attack on the village of Buni Gari in Yobe State sparked a major shootout between Nigerian Army soldiers participating in the HADIN KAI program and militants of the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
According to reports, the agency’s 𝕏 (formerly Twitter) account disclosed the details of the altercation on Saturday.
