The creator of the high-end grooming company Kayz Place, Kufre Nnah, posted the heartwarming tale on social media and reflected on their mutual progress. With a sentimental caption, Kufre shared pictures of himself trimming Davido in a post that went viral on the internet.
Davido used to give me 200 Naira when he was 12 years old, and that’s when I started cutting his hair. He’s spending two million dollars on a haircut today—what a journey! Haha! I’m so glad I was a part of his narrative from the start,” Kufre stated.

In other developments, renowned Nigerian musicians Davido and Asa will play at the 2025 National Sports Festival (NSF) opening ceremony.
Today, Sunday, May 18, at 5:00 PM, they will play at the NSF opening ceremony in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
