Nigeria Excluded from List of Countries Allowed to Enter US Without Visas for 90 Days

A unique agreement known as the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) has made it possible for citizens of 43 nations to travel to the United States for up to 90 days without a visa.
Before leaving on their trip, these citizens must, however, fulfill specific requirements and receive approval via the Electronic System for Travel Authorization/ESTA.
Eligibility for visa-free travel under the VWP is assessed by the US Customs and Border Protection’s online ESTA system. Keep in mind that visitors must apply for ESTA in advance and that their stay cannot be longer than ninety days.
Nigeria, however, is not listed among the nations.
