The 2025 Miss World Nigeria winner is Miss Joy Mojisola Raimi, a 24-year-old from Osun State.
At the grand finale of the beauty contest, which took place at the Federal Palace Hotel on Victoria Island in Lagos, Miss Raimi was reportedly proclaimed the winner.
On his 𝕏 Twitter on Saturday, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, the organizer of the Miss World Nigeria beauty competition, made the announcement.
Having graduated from the University of Port Harcourt, the beauty queen defeated 36 other competitors to win Miss World Nigeria.
Raimi will compete for Nigeria in the 72nd Miss World Pageant, which will take place in Hyderabad, India, from May 7–31, 2025.
Congratulations to Osun State’s 24-year-old Joy Mojisola Raimi on winning the title of Miss World Nigeria 2025, said Senator Murray-Bruce. In the grand finale, 37 competitors from all around Nigeria fought for the top spot at the Federal Palace Hotel on Victoria Island in Lagos.

“A graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, Rami is enthusiastic about humanitarian work and started the ‘Love for Humanity’ project, which aims to restore confidence in humanity and spread love.
Raimi competed against Miss Abia, Miss Abuja, Miss Ebonyi, and Miss Imo in the final round. When asked how she overcame bullying, she related her moving tale of being harassed by her caretaker while growing up without a mother. She underlined that, in spite of being told she would never amount to anything, she has validated this achievement.
“Raimi, as Miss World Nigeria 2025, will compete against contestants from 140 countries at the 72nd Miss World pageant in Hyderabad, India, from May 7 to May 31.”
