Enzo Maresca Explains Why Chelsea Should Give Liverpool a Guard of Honour on Sunday
Chelsea will honor the defending champions, Liverpool, with a guard of honor during their forthcoming game on Sunday, according to manager Enzo Maresca.
For a considerable amount of the current season, Chelsea was Liverpool’s most serious rival for the Premier League championship.
However, Maresca’s campaign was derailed and their prospects of winning the top spot were ultimately hampered by a string of dismal outcomes, including defeats to Fulham and Ipswich during the hectic Christmas season.
