Nina Ivy stated that Cubana Chief Priest cannot be legally forced to assume custody for the child, even if a DNA test proves he is the father, in response to a widely shared video of Hellen pleading with the governor of Imo State to step in.
She claimed that by having a child with a married man who had no intention of claiming her or the child, Hellen purposefully put herself in a challenging situation.
She emphasized that, particularly in cases where there was no strong bond between them, women should not use children as a means of ensnaring men.
