ICC Affairs: Tinubu Insists on Compliance with Wike’s Orders

President Bola Tinubu has ordered that only those who are prepared to pay for its use may utilize the recently renovated International Conference Centre (ICC) in Abuja.
During the commissioning of the renovated building on Tuesday, the President issued the command.
He gave instructions that anyone who wants to use the edifice must be prepared to follow the rules set forth by Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
“I want to reiterate to everyone today: Barka Da Sallah. You have to pay for this spot if you wish to utilize it, as instructed by the landlord, Wike. President Tinubu said.
According to reports, Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has received advice from President Tinubu to stay focused on his developmental program and avoid getting sidetracked by detractors and “busybodies.”

During Tuesday’s opening of the renovated International Conference Centre in Abuja—now known as the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in his honor—Tinubu gave the charge.
“I am happy, Nyesom Wike, that you are reflecting that,” the President remarked in his counsel to Wike. No matter what the busybodies and onlookers say, ignore them and keep up the good work. You are a leader who transforms. You have the drive, vision, and insight to be successful.
