Pastor Adeboye Issues Fire Disaster Warning to Nigerians

Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has warned of impending disasters and urged Nigerians to take preventative action against fire breakouts.
Pastor Adeboye stressed the need for prayer, diligence, and taking preventative measures to stop preventable tragedies during the church’s February Thanksgiving service at the Throne of Grace Parish in Ebute-Metta, Lagos.

According to the information obtained, Pastor Adeboye urged people, companies, and governmental organizations to put fire safety first by making sure electrical appliances are handled properly, utilizing fire-resistant materials, and following fire prevention regulations.
His warning coincides with a number of fire occurrences in Nigeria that have resulted in property damage and fatalities in public buildings, residential areas, and markets.

“I have a very urgent message to share,” said Pastor Adeboye.

One of the predictions at the start of this year was to pray against floods, storms, and fire outbreaks. After just one month, we have already observed the global fire event rate. Because Nigeria is part of the world, we need to pray.

The cleric explicitly cautioned farmers who were getting ready to cultivate their land against bush burning, emphasizing that negligence may have disastrous results.

“Don’t joke around naked fire of any kind,” he cautioned.

Additionally, as you are preparing your farms, farmers, please refrain from burning bushes. Don’t claim that I didn’t inform you. May the All-Powerful God grant our wishes and hear our prayers.

Pastor Adeboye reminded the congregation during his sermon, “The Covenant-Keeping God,” that following God’s covenant guarantees His faithfulness and rewards.

Adeboye stated, “If you obey and keep God’s covenant, He will make you His peculiar treasure,” giving scriptural examples of people who were blessed by God as a result of their faithfulness.

He also cited the late RCCG founder as evidence of God’s ability to uphold covenants.

The founder of this church, a man who did not complete high school or college, was summoned by God. God promised to establish a church through him that would spread over the world provided he followed specific instructions. God’s requirements were met by the founder, and RCCG is now present almost everywhere in the world, Pastor Adeboye said.

Adeboye rejected the idea that his academic accomplishments were the only reason for the church’s expansion.

“Some say it’s because of Pastor Adeboye, an academician,” the RCCG general overseer stated. However, there are numerous RCCG parishes in nations I haven’t been to, even ones where it is illegal to erect churches. Despite his wife’s protests, a powerful man in one Muslim nation invited our missionaries to establish a church in his yard. That is the outcome of God’s agreement, not about me.

Insisting that God is still true to those who uphold His covenant, he exhorted the assembly to cherish their connection with Him.

God has given us incredible love, even if there are others who fast and pray more than we do. Pastor Adeboye stated, “God will make you His peculiar treasure if you keep His covenant.”
