The incumbent governor of Anambra State, Professor Charles Soludo, has received congratulations from Peter Obi, the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, on his birthday.
In a statement posted on his 𝕏 account on Monday, Obi referred to Soludo as his older brother.
To continue serving Anambra State and Nigeria overall, the leader of the Labour Party wishes Governor Soludo health, strength, and wisdom.

Obi has charged President Bola Tinubu of further impoverishing Nigeria and its people.
In a personally signed statement made public on Monday through his 𝕏 account, Peter Obi said that Nigeria is currently ranked among the world’s most hungry countries under Tinubu’s leadership.
The head of the Labour Party recalls how Tinubu chastised him for using statistics a lot while he was running for president in 2023.
But according to Obi, the same Tinubu is now spreading false information about Nigeria’s economic status after taking office in an attempt to hide his shortcomings as president.
The former governor of Anambra State reportedly came to the conclusion that leadership is not difficult and advised President Tinubu to lead with compassion, competence, competence, and character.
