Concerned about local vigilante organizations’ lack of resources and money, Gwamnishu claimed that they are ill-equipped to combat the threat.

Our locals, who I observed here, vehemently bemoaned the lack of funding and supplies. I was told that they will be in the bush if they are properly equipped. Can I trust them? “Yes, absolutely,” he said.
