Real Madrid Faces Only 4 Percent Chance of Defeating Arsenal in UCL Return Leg

Real Madrid face a tough task in their quest to move to the Champions League semi-finals, now having a 4 percent chance of progression, according to Opta Analyst.
In the first leg of their quarter-final, Real Madrid suffered a 3-0 humiliation at the hands of Arsenal. The Gunners earned a fantastic victory at the Emirates Stadium, highlighted by two brilliant free-kicks from Declan Rice and a well-executed goal from Mikel Merino.
With a strong lead, Arsenal will proceed to the Bernabeu for the second leg, confident in their 96% probability of advancing to the semi-finals—a stage they haven’t reached since 2009, when they were defeated by Manchester United.
Meanwhile, Inter Milan made gains in their own quarter-final tie by defeating Bayern Munich 2-1 in the first leg, earning themselves an 82.4% probability of reaching the last four.
Following Arsenal’s triumph over Real Madrid, Newcastle United legend, Alan Shearer slammed Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.

Shearer saw Camavinga’s two yellow cards in the previous two Champions League games—including one for kicking the ball away to delay the restart in the match against Arsenal—as a reflection of the team’s difficulties that evening.
Shearer called Camavinga “dumb” after getting a yellow card during the match between Real Madrid and Arsenal in an interview with Amazon Prime.
“How absurd,” he went on. I can appreciate their aggravation and the fact that they have lost this evening, but that really captures Real Madrid.
In spite of the defeat, Real Madrid still has a chance to win the rematch on Wednesday, April 16 in Spain.
