BREAKING: Pascal Dozie, Founder of Defunct Diamond Bank, Passes Away

Pascal Dozie, the former chairman of MTN Nigeria and founder of the now-defunct Diamond Bank, has passed away. Cultural tours in Nigeria

After a brief illness, Dozie passed away, according to Family Sources. He was born on April 9, 1939, into the family of Catholic catechist Charles Dozie. The ideal businessman received his early education at Holy Ghost Juniorate Seminary, Our Lady’s School Emekuku, and Holy Ghost College in Owerri, where he passed the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

After that, he traveled to the UK and graduated from the London School of Economics with a B.Sc. in Economics.

Prior to earning a Master’s degree in Administrative Science from City University in London, he also pursued studies in Industrial Engineering and Operational Research.

Dozie’s wife, five children, and Chinyere survive her.
