Prime Boy, also known as Owodunni Ibrahim, is a fasting rising star who has filed a lawsuit for slander against Abosede Adeyemo, the mother of his late best friend Mohbad.
According to reports, on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, Prime Boy posted the court filing at the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja on his Instagram profile.
Prime Boy filed a lawsuit against Abosede for allegedly making defamatory and slanderous comments about him during a March 28, 2024, video interview.

The paper dated February 12, 2025, claims that Abosede’s remarks, which were disseminated by a number of news outlets, were intended to harm his reputation.
Prime Boy further asserted that Mohbad’s mother should pay ₦50 million in damages for the malicious, false, libellous, and harmful remarks that were made about him.
In other news, Joseph Aloba, the late Mohbad’s father, has voiced concerns about the police personnel looking into his son’s death.
Nearly a year and five months have elapsed since Mohbad’s death, according to reports, and his father has persisted in fighting for justice for his departed son.
Joseph said in a Wednesday interview with BBC Pidgin that the police ordered him to put his kid to rest and disregard the demand for justice.
Mohbad’s father emphasized that he had a right to know the facts of his son’s death and urged the authorities to take up the matter.
