Tragedy Strikes as Kekere Jesu, Three Gospel Ministers Die in Ogun Crash

Following an accident along the Ikorodu–Sagamu Road in Ogun State, four well-known gospel ministers have been declared deceased. These include Evangelist Ayodeji David, also known as Kekere Jesu; Evangelist Iyanu Joseph; Opeyemi Adesina; and Monjolajesu Oluwapamilerin.

The Ogun State Command’s Public Information Officer, Florence Okupe, released a statement from the Federal Road Safety Corps, or FRSC, confirming the regrettable occurrence.

According to reports, the event happened as the deceased were traveling on a ministry assignment.

The incident happened after the ministers’ vehicle collided with another vehicle in a high-impact collision, according to the FRSC.

According to the Corps, all four individuals perished instantly.

The Nation Newspaper reports that more than 24 people were killed in the multi-vehicle collision.

According to preliminary investigations, the deadly incident was caused in part by poor visibility and excessive driving.

According to the publication, Kekere Jesu and his older brother’s wife have been buried, while his deceased fiancée’s bones have been given to her family for burial and the remains of his deceased P.A. have been carried to Ado-Ekiti.
