Members of the opposition coalition have converged at the Yar’Dua Center in Abuja to see the African Democratic Congress, or ADC, being unveiled as the political movement’s platform.
According to reports, the event is attended by former Kaduna State Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai, former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi, Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party, and Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar for 2023.
Former Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola and former Senate President David Mark, who were recently named ADC’s national secretary and interim national chairman, are also in attendance.
