APC Chieftain Mobilizes Support for Lagos Speaker Meranda

All Progressives Congress (APC) leader Hon. Bamidele Lateef Atoyebi, who is well-known in Apapa Ward 1, has urged party members to support Hon. Mojisola Meranda, the recently appointed Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly.
When he spoke in Lagos, Atoyebi emphasized how crucial party unity is to the Speaker’s success.
“All of our wonderful party’s members are urged to back Hon. Mojisola Meranda, our formidable new speaker. Together, we can achieve achievement and power. He stated, “She will accomplish great things for Lagos and our party if we work together.”
In addition, Atoyebi emphasized the 44-year-old Speaker’s stellar record, which includes her time serving as the ninth Assembly’s Chief Whip and Deputy Speaker.
“Women have innate leadership qualities,” he said, praising her leadership and charitable activities. Hon. Meranda will lead with excellence and do well in office, in my opinion.

The beginning of Hon. Mojisola Meranda’s political career was spent as a committed lawmaker and community development advocate.
Meranda, an APC member, ascended through the ranks gradually, holding positions as Deputy Speaker and Chief Whip prior to her historic election as Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly.
One of the few women to occupy such a prominent position in Lagos politics, her rise represents a noteworthy turning point.
Meranda, who is renowned for her practical approach, is praised for supporting laws pertaining to grassroots development and gender inclusion.
Her rise demonstrates the increasing power of women in Nigerian politics and is a result of both her diligence and the party’s faith in her ability to lead.
