On Wednesday, former Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom and Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike were hosted by Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde.
According to reports, the governor of Oyo State received a condolence visit from the leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after his older brother, Sunday Makinde, passed away.
Remember that on Friday, January 24, 2025, Sunday Makinde died at the age of 65.

According to reports, Wike came on Wednesday afternoon at Makinde’s home in the state capital of Ibadan’s Ikolaba Government Reservation Area.
Former Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, Senators Sandy Onor, Philip Aduda, Olaka Nwogu, Mao Ohuabunwa, Rt. Hon. Chibudom Nwuche, and others were among the other dignitaries who paid a visit to the Oyo Governor.
